Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, vendor management, and logistics
Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
Manage catering arrangements, including menu selection & upselling, dietary requirements, and service timing
Develop detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth execution
Liaise with vendors, staff, and clients to coordinate setup, execution, and breakdown of events
Monitor event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
Address and resolve any issues that arise during events promptly and professionally
Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to foster repeat business and positive referrals

Requirements Skills and

Proven experience in event planning, catering coordination, or hospitality management
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and safety regulations
Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
