Catering Sales Manager

Aramark seeks a highly driven and passionate Catering Services Manager to join our team in delivering outstanding catered events across a diverse set of venues. In this role, you will be pivotal in planning, organizing, and supervising every aspect of catering, ranging from client consultations to the execution of service. Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all aspects of catering operations including client meetings, menu planning, cost controls, staff management, and logistics.
• Ensure high-quality service standards and compliance with all food safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded.
• Coordinate with chefs and other culinary staff to design custom menus for events while managing budget constraints.
• Supervise catering staff during events to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks including inventory management, ordering supplies and maintaining records of all events.
• Evaluate performance and provide feedback or training to staff to improve service quality.
• Stay updated with current trends in catering and hospitality to incorporate innovative ideas into services offered.
