Encore Global in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work under the supervision of an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology and handle on-site troubleshooting and equipment checks.
The role requires a high school diploma, a driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior hospitality or AV experience is preferred.
