American Hydro and Enprotech require a specialized, independent contract recruiter to support the attraction and placement of hard-to-fill skilled trade talent, including skilled welders, field service technicians, CNC machinists as well as other roles outlined in the Talent Acquisition Priority Matrix. These roles are critical to operational execution, customer commitments, and growth plans.

Time Frame: 6 months

Business Need
  • Persistent talent shortages in skilled trades with long time-to-fill

Scope of Focus Roles
  • Skilled Welders (specialty welding, ability to read blueprints, FCAW, SMAW)
  • Field Service Technicians (mechanical, electrical, commissioning, troubleshooting, travel-intensive)
  • CNC Machinists (setup, programming, multi‑axis machining, tight‑tolerance work)
  • Roles outlined in the Talent Priority Matrix

  • Conduct technical screening aligned to role requirements
  • Assess certifications, hands‑on experience, and problem‑solving ability

  • Manage candidates through offer acceptance
  • Represent American Hydro and Enprotech credibly in the market
