CRO - Chief People Officer

Large Healthcare / Nursing Facility Company located in the greater Cleveland area is looking for a Chief People Officer (CPO)

• Will be the strategic and operational leader of all People & Culture functions across a long‑term care and skilled nursing organization.
• Responsible for;
• Leading Director of Recruiting, Regional HR Leaders, HR Directors, and HR support staff
• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning.
• Direct Human Resource compliance efforts in collaboration with outside legal counsel.
• Manage HR budgets, forecasting, and reporting to ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources.
• Provide leadership and oversee HR systems, technology, and data analytics to support business needs, enable insights, and improve operational effectiveness.
• Payroll - Ensure compliance with timekeeping, overtime, premium pay, while ensuring integration between payroll, HRIS & scheduling platforms.

• 15+ years of progressive human resources experience, including serving as a senior HR leader for an organization or complex business unit.
• 5+ years’ experience working in healthcare required
• Expertise in Employee relations, HRIS, payroll, recruitment, retention, compensation design, regulatory compliance, and organizational development.
