Organizational Development & Talent Strategy Manager Description
Our client, a global industrial leader, is seeking a forward-thinking Organizational Development & Talent Strategy Manager to join their Cleveland-based HR team. Reporting to the Regional Director of Human Resources, this individual will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across the NAFTA region (USA, Mexico, and Canada) focused on employee engagement, leadership development, training, and organizational effectiveness. This role is perfect for a hands-on OD professional with a passion for building inclusive cultures, optimizing talent strategies, and shaping high-performance teams.

- Design and lead employee engagement programs and surveys
- Develop action plans based on engagement results
- Facilitate town halls, focus groups, and team-building sessions
- Build and manage leadership development programs
- Coach managers to strengthen leadership skills
- Assess training needs and deliver targeted learning programs
- Track and improve training effectiveness
- Support workforce planning and succession efforts
- Drive organizational change and process improvement
- Lead DEI strategy and track progress
- Advise leaders on talent and organizational strategy
- Oversee talent assessments and succession planning across NAFTA
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of organizational development or training experience required
- Proven experience designing & implementing leadership development and training initiatives required
- Skilled at building trust, influencing at all levels, and navigating organizational complexity required
- Must be willing to travel to the NAFTA region occasionally (1-4x/yr) to support initiatives
