This is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Cleveland for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with payroll tax laws, managing garnishments, and delivering high-quality payroll services. The role will also include maintaining payroll records and collaborating with team members to address payroll issues or inquiries.
Qualifications- Strong expertise in Payroll Administration and Payroll Processing
- Knowledge and experience with Payroll Taxes, including compliance
- Ability to handle Garnishments and ensure timely and accurate processing
- Experience in Payroll Services with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Proficiency in payroll software and related tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
- FPC or CPP certification is an advantage
