What Youll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to operations leadership, aligning workforce strategy with production goals and business performance objectives
- Provide healthy pushback and strategic guidance on workforce planning, ensuring staffing decisions reflect operational realities and future growth needs
- Lead employee relations efforts, navigating complex situations with fairness, consistency, and a strong understanding of manufacturing environments
- Partner closely with leaders to elevate supervisor and manager capability through coaching, development, and accountability
- Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives, identifying talent gaps and building future bench strength
- Support and influence hourly recruiting strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition, ensuring hiring processes remain efficient and aligned to business needs
- Maintain momentum in recruiting and hiring workflows, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring interview processes move efficiently
- Leverage workforce data and analytics (turnover, staffing trends, performance metrics) to diagnose challenges and implement solutions
- Uphold HR policies and practices that promote equity, compliance, and a high-performance culture
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR team members and operational leaders to ensure initiatives are aligned and executed effectively
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field with 5+ years of progressive HRBP experience
- Demonstrated success partnering within a manufacturing or operations-driven environment (non-union preferred)
- Strong employee relations expertise with the ability to mediate, coach, and resolve issues with sound judgment and professionalism
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders, provide strategic pushback, and translate business needs into actionable people strategies
- Experience with workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development in a production-based organization
