Human Resources Generalist

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing advanced manufacturing company supporting the aerospace industry. This role combines full-cycle recruiting with hands-on HR responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
• Support employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance
• Process payroll and review timecards
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management
• Help drive employee engagement and HR initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience
• 2+ years of HR Generalist experience, including payroll
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• UKG/Kronos experience is a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred
