About the role

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, is a leading HR solutions provider focused on temporary and permanent recruitment within accounting and finance. We partner with clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies, matching qualified candidates with client needs to drive business results.

We provide a structured training experience called the New Colleague Training (NCT) program, which is a paid, interactive, remote training program. Participants receive coaching and guidance from a Training Manager and daily virtual classroom support. After NCT, candidates can work fully remotely or in a hybrid model.

As an Executive Recruiter, you will manage both candidate and client sides of the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on full‑cycle direct‑hire recruiting for mid‑ to senior‑level professional roles.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing the complete life‑cycle of direct‑hire recruiting for top‑tier, mid‑to‑senior level professionals.
• Managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
• Interviewing candidates, matching them to client organizations, and facilitating job offers.
• Maintaining a sense of urgency and delivering high‑quality placements.
• Providing performance updates and collaborating with the recruitment team to meet goals.

• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s degree or five (5) years professional work experience.
• High level of adaptability to pivot and meet changing priorities.
• Team‑player with a collaborative mindset.
• Technically savvy – interested in learning and implementing new technology.
• Passionate about helping candidates and clients succeed.
• Driven and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.

Anticipated salary: $50,000‑$70,000 (varies by location). In addition to base salary, eligibility for incentive compensation based on performance.

Comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401(k) or non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Paid leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO) up to 152 hours per year, 10 paid holidays, 1 community service day, and up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date.
