Tasks- Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle payroll-related employee queries.
- Prepare payroll reports and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll or HR operations experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience with payroll systems and HR software.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
