Job Overview:We’re seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our executive search team. This role is ideal for a recruiter ready to step into a fast-paced, high-performance environment and contribute immediately to active searches, candidate pipelines, and successful placements.
Key Responsibilities:- Source, engage, and qualify candidates for active searches
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
- Conduct candidate outreach and recruiting conversations
- Partner with Search Consultants to execute searches from kickoff through placement
- Maintain accurate candidate activity and records in PC Recruiter
- Develop market intelligence on target companies, industries, and talent
- 3+ years of recruiting experience required
- Executive search experience highly preferred
- Proven ability to source, engage, and manage candidates
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, and sourcing tools
- Experience in business, communications, sales, HR, or a related field
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or executive search
- Get trained and mentored by senior recruiters and search consultants
- Learn how to source, recruit, and evaluate top-tier talent
