Summary

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the strategic partner to assigned business units focusing on the areas of Employee/Labor Relations, Performance Management, Workforce Development, etc. This position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position develops partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

The HRBP maintains an effective level of business knowledge about the business unit's current state, future objectives, culture, and alignment to the organizational goals. Ensures employees and managers receive proper guidance and counsel regarding fair and consistent treatment of employees as well as encourage and facilitate open communication to resolve employee issues.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Formal

    Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or the equivalent in training and experience
  • Experience & Training

    Required:
  • Three (3) years increasingly responsible professional Human Resources experience; experience in employee relations preferred
  • Experience in a multi-facility health care setting preferred, which includes non-union and union environments
  • Experience outside of health care and in a for-profit setting would also be helpful

  • Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately to all level of employees

The salary range on this job posting/advertising is base salary exclusive of any bonuses or differentials. Many factors, such as years of relevant experience and geographical location are considered when determining the starting rate of pay. Please keep in mind that the range that is listed is the full base salary range.
