Pay Range: $25.00–$35.00 per hour

Shift: M-F, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. (onsite/flexible)

What's a typical day as Human Resources Business Partner? You'll be:

• Delivering day-to-day HR Business Partner support for assigned areas to ensure operational continuity
• Providing quick and effective responses to urgent HR needs, minimizing service disruptions
• Offering guidance on employee relations, policy interpretation, and manager support
• Collaborating with HR team members while others focus on Workday project activities
• Maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism in all HR functions

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR operational support role
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of employee relations, policy interpretation, and HR best practices
• Have experience working with union employees
• Are adaptable and able to address urgent HR needs with quick turnaround
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support managers and employees
• Are comfortable paying for your own parking
• Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
