As a Contingent Labor Associate within PNC's Talent Acquisition and Outreach organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH.

This role supports the contingent labor program throughout the entire contractor lifecycle by partnering with internal stakeholders, managers, third-party suppliers, contractors, HRIS, technology, and support teams to ensure efficient program administration.

Key responsibilities include managing contractor requests and workflow tracking, coordinating candidate onboarding, provisioning and maintaining system access, processing extensions, end-date changes and terminations, researching timesheet issues, resolving discrepancies, processing corrections, and supporting accurate contractor time reporting and approvals.

The role serves as a primary point of contact for operational issues and escalations, troubleshooting system-related concerns, coordinating resolution efforts across multiple teams, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities include reviewing and applying contingent labor contractual agreements, maintaining compliance with program requirements, supporting reporting and analytics, developing presentations, coordinating vendor forums, conducting vendor audits, managing supplier scorecards, and providing ongoing operational support through effective communication and expertise with vendor management systems and related tools.

The position requires the ability to work independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering high-quality, accurate, and timely results.

• Support the contingent labor organization across the complete lifecycle of the contract labor program. This includes coordination of key stakeholders (hiring managers, third party suppliers, candidates, etc.) to ensure the onboarding, offboarding of contractors and compliance with relevant procedures. This role provides support to all parties through effective communication skills, technical savvy in using vendor management systems and tools.
• In partnership with internal stakeholders, third party suppliers and contractors, performs the day to day functions within the vendor management system to administer the contingent labor program, including but not limited to request tracking, candidate onboarding, access provisioning, extensions and terminations.
