Human Resources Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Human Resources Assistant to provide exceptional support to our human resources department. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources functions.

As a Human Resources Assistant
, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including:

• Recruitment and Hiring

  Coordinate the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
• Employee Records Management
  :
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, benefit enrollment, and employee data.
• Benefits Administration
  :
  Assist with benefits administration, including open enrollment, insurance claims, and employee benefits inquiries.
• Employee Communications
  :
  Develop and distribute employee communications, such as company-wide emails, memos, and newsletters.
• Special Projects
  :
  Support special projects and initiatives as requested by the HR department.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or degree in human resources or related field preferred

• 0 years of experience in human resources or related field

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
