Tech LeadRole Description
:
Embed advanced generative AI capabilities into the platform, leveraging Azure OpenAI and other LLM frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement LLM-based features (chatbots, summarization, intelligent workflows).
- Work with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks for model deployment.
- Develop prompt engineering strategies and fine-tune models for healthcare use cases.
- Collaborate with architect and developers to embed AI features into workflows.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with HIPAA and PHI handling requirements.
- Monitor AI performance, bias, and reliability.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, with focus on LLMs and NLP.
- Hands‑on experience with Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of embeddings, transformers, and model deployment.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries preferred.
- Ability to balance innovation with compliance and ethical AI practices.
The pay range for this role is $120k - $135k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
