Job Title: Performance Testing Engineer
Location: Cleveland Ohio - Onsite (4 days in office)

Your ImpactWe seek an experienced and detail-oriented Performance Testing Engineer to assist in all areas of our performance testing efforts including, but not limited to, design, implementation, execution, analysis and reporting. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
What You’ll Do- Design, develop, and execute test plans and scripts for all types of performance testing (load, stress, soak/endurance, spike, volume, etc.) utilizing Jmeter, K6, or similar.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and provide data to support those findings utilizing test reports, error logs, monitoring tools and more. (new relic, aws, cloud watch)
- Analyze results, generate reports and create custom reporting dashboards.
- Collaborate with dev teams to integrate performance testing into the release pipeline utilizing github actions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot performance test environments and performance test data.
- Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a test engineering role with at least 3+ years of hands‑on performance testing experience
- Proven track record of success (with real‑world examples).
- Proficiency with performance testing tools such as JMeter, K6 or similar.
- Experience analyzing error logs (e.g., Cloud Watch or similar tools).
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic, AWS)
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.
Hands on performance testing experience in accordance with best standards and practices.

Salary RangeThe expected salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
