• Lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise AI solutions and system architectures
• Provide strategic consultation to business customers for defining business processes and identifying enabling technologies
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, leading proof‑of‑concept efforts for new technical solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive the development and integration of AI‑enabled solutions
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and manage expectations of stakeholders

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a closely related field
• Minimum of 7 years in an IT discipline
• Minimum of 7 years in a Business discipline
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience in software development or solution architecture
• Familiarity with regulatory standards in a healthcare environment, such as HIPAA

• 8+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise systems design
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience leading end‑to‑end system design for scalable and secure enterprise‑grade platforms
• Familiarity with Dev Ops, MLOps, Containerization, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Industry certifications such as Java Developer, DB2, or Project Management
