• At least 3 to 5 years of real‑time experience in SAP Basis / Platform environments.
• Strong technical skills; confident enough to complete a coding test.
• Open to direct H-1B transfer or sponsorship for the 2027 quota.
• Must be available for W2 employment (no C2C/1099/third‑party).
