- Lead elicitation sessions with stakeholders to develop and document process flows, requirements, and rules
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to execute user acceptance testing and change management activities
- Develop automated test scripts based on defined test cases and define test data for execution
- Capture and analyze performance metrics to support performance testing and document requirements in JIRA
- Train business users on new system features, workflows, and process changes
- 5-8 years of experience in a related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline
- Functional experience with Warehouse Management solutions preferred
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, agile methodologies, and testing tools such as Selenium and Appium
- Strong analytical skills and excellent problem‑solving abilities
- Experience with enterprise PE tools such as JMeter and Blaze Meter
- Knowledge of basic Linux administration
- Ability to gather requirements and document them in tracking tools like JIRA
- Experience in testing API, web applications, and mobile applications
- Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and backlog grooming
