• Lead the full lifecycle of LLM development.
• Selecting and provisioning foundational models (e.g., Mistral).
• Curating, preprocessing, and annotating internal cybersecurity data.
• Training and fine-tuning LLMs using supervised, reinforcement, or retrieval-augmented methods.
• Evaluating model performance using relevance, accuracy, latency, and other metrics.
• Design prompt engineering and chaining strategies to build reliable agentic behavior from LLMs.
• Collaborate with our Dev Ops and MLOps teams to deploy models within our platform securely and efficiently.
• Partner with SOC analysts and cybersecurity engineers to extract domain expertise and convert it into usable training data (text, JSON, telemetry, etc.).
• Implement RAG pipelines with vector stores (e.g., pgvector, Redis Stack) and optimize retrieval quality.
• Stay on top of open-source LLM frameworks and advances in transformer architecture, quantization, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Contribute to our roadmap for AI-powered threat detection, case summarization, alert triage, and user-facing agents.
• Maintain model reproducibility, auditability, and alignment with security and compliance standards.

• 5+ years of data science or machine learning experience, with a strong emphasis on NLP or LLMs.
• Proven experience training and fine-tuning large language models (openweight).
• Proficiency with Python (PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Lang Chain, or similar frameworks).
• Strong experience in cybersecurity data modeling or SOC use cases.
• Deep knowledge of embedding models, vector stores, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Experience deploying models into production (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
• Familiarity with MLOps practices (e.g., version control, model registries, experiment tracking).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Experience with security telemetry (EDR, SIEM, SOAR, threat intel, etc.).
• Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks and open-source orchestration tools (e.g., Lang Graph, CrewAI, Auto Gen).
• Experience with C# .NET, Golang is a bonus.
• Publications or open-source contributions in the AI or cybersecurity community.
