Job Description:
SUMMARY
Interns will work with their supervisors and other members of the Information Technology Services (ITS) team to complete tasks. They may assist with project management, system administration, networking, or end-user support efforts. These experiences will help prepare students for future information technology roles by increasing their skills in problem solving, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
* Assist with coordinating and scheduling meetings to keep teams on track
* Identify next steps and potential roadblocks as projects move forward
* Research best practices and help to implement recommendations from vendor partners
* Assist with preparing documentation
* Hands-on configuration of information systems
* Leverage end-user and team feedback to recommend process improvements
* Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Current student attending Tri-C with an interest in information technology
