Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst - Service Now to join their team. As a Business/Systems Analyst - Service Now, you will be part of the Digital Transformation Department supporting Service Now modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
  • Support Service Now platform modernization efforts, ensuring seamless transition and adoption of upgraded modules and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, product, risk, legal, and security to align on platform transformation strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective communication plans to promote awareness and engagement among users impacted by modernization initiatives.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs on Service Now modules, fulfillment processes, and new digital workflows.
  • Conduct impact assessments, monitor KPIs, and utilize data insights to continuously improve enablement outcomes.
What's Needed?
  • Minimum of five years of experience in digital enablement, organizational change management, or technology adoption projects.
  • Proven expertise with Service Now modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Knowledge, and Request/Workflow Management.
  • Experience leading modernization or migration projects within large enterprise environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple work streams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
