- Proven track record of successfully leading complex analytical projects and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience as determined by the employer
- Exceptional strategic problem‑solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Economics, Business Administration, Public Health, or related discipline
- Experience with analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
