Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Lead to drive full lifecycle deployment of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules in a global enterprise environment. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on techno‑functional lead with a deep understanding of Fusion SCM, strong deployment leadership skills, and cross‑functional coordination experience.

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion SCM deployments, including cutover planning, mock runs, production release, and post go‑live stabilization.
• Act as the techno‑functional lead coordinating functional, technical, and deployment activities across global teams.
• Oversee UAT, user provisioning, and hypercare across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with internal IT and offshore teams to ensure timely milestone delivery and issue resolution.
• Manage integrations across 50+ boundary systems, using SQL for triage and troubleshooting.
• Communicate technical issues and impacts effectively to functional stakeholders.
• Maintain deployment readiness and audit compliance by validating access roles, SoD, and security controls.

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning).
• Proven track record in cloud deployment leadership, including cutover and go‑live management.
• Hands‑on understanding of Oracle Fusion integrations and boundary system dependencies.
• Strong SQL skills for investigation and testing.
• Experience working in complex, multi‑system, global environments.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage teams and tight timelines.
