Business Analyst Mobile application (Commercial)
Must have:
- Proven experience in generating requirements (business and technical), use cases, acceptance criteria, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical writing skills.
- Strong team player.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
- Database querying skills, including the ability to write and execute basic SQL queries to pull, manipulate, and validate data for reporting or analysis purposes.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw relevant business conclusions.
- Experience in converting data from one system to another system.
- Familiarity with Agile mindset, e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban approaches.
- Previous hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence.
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and technical specifications for development teams.
- Prepare process flow diagrams and technical documentation.
- Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data using SQL.
- Present findings and recommendations through effective data visualization techniques.
- Project & Agile Support.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Utilize project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Support and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality releases.
- Troubleshoot issues and validate system functionality against requirements.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster collaborative relationships.
