Job Description
Skill: AI/ Gen AI developer
Requirements- 8+ years of IT experience with at least 2+ years of AI / Gen AI experience.
- AI/ML Knowledge:
Familiarity with core AI/ML concepts, technologies, and the AI project lifecycle (from data preparation to model deployment). - Data Literacy:
Understanding of data concepts, data sources, data quality, and collaboration with data professionals. - Hands-on experience with ML frameworks.
- Strong programming background in Python, deep understanding of machine learning algorithm, familiarity with Java/Scala.
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI frameworks, tools and cloud services.
- Working knowledge of SQL and handling structured/unstructured data.
- Understanding of model performance metrics, bias and explainability.
- Lead the architecture, design and integration of AI models into production systems and enterprise applications.
- Communication
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, translate complex AI concepts, and present project updates. - Leadership and Team Building:
Ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative environment, and manage diverse skill sets.
Salary Range - $110,000-$140,000 a year
