Position OverviewEOX Vantage is seeking a motivated, entry‑level IT Support professional to own day‑to‑day internal IT support (primary responsibility) and assist with basic systems engineering tasks (secondary responsibility). In this role, you will troubleshoot end‑user issues, manage endpoints and user accounts, support IT operations, and assist with database and application troubleshooting alongside our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as Tier 1/2 support for employees via ticketing system, chat, and email.
- Provision/deprovision users; manage access and groups.
- Deploy, and maintain laptops/desktops, upgrades and software distribution.
- Handle onboarding/offboarding, equipment provisioning/returns, and asset inventory.
- Coordinate vendor repairs/warranties and maintain IT hardware lifecycle.
- Create and maintain IT documentation and user knowledge base.
- Participate in occasional on‑call support as needed.
- Document runbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Basic system knowledge.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Windows/macOS endpoints; basic Linux familiarity.
- Identity and access management.
- Basic SQL; familiarity with MySQL/Postgre
SQL.
