Job Description & Skill Requirement:
- Provide support for the 3
DEXPERIENCE application environment. - Troubleshoot application, performance, and integration issues across multiple 3DX modules.
- Ensure data access, handling, and operations follow corporate data security policies.
- Work closely with business, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
- Monitor system logs, user activity, and error trends to proactively resolve recurring issues.
- Participate in patching, version upgrades, and system maintenance with minimal disruption to operations.
- Maintain incident and resolution documentation for audits and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3
DEXPERIENCE tools are a plus.
