EDI Functional Analyst – Oracle

Akkodis is seeking an EDI Functional Analyst – Oracle for a Contract job with a client in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will support and maintain Oracle E‑Business Suite EDI processes, manage trading partner integrations, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure reliable EDI operations.

Rate Range: $49/hour to $53/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle E‑Business Suite (11i & R12) EDI processes.
• Support and troubleshoot EDIFACT, ANSI X12, and IDOC‑based integrations.
• Act as primary point of contact for Oracle/SI (Sterling Integrator) related support tickets.
• Analyze support requests, identify root cause, and drive issue resolution across enterprise teams.
• Monitor EDI error directories, queues, and alert emails; take corrective actions promptly.
• Perform minor mapping updates, trading partner setup, and EDI configuration changes.
• Troubleshoot SI/B2B Integrator business processes and provide enhancement recommendations.
• Maintain EDI documentation, process flows, functional specs, and support procedures.
• Maintain stability, integrity, and security of EDI environments and data flows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Oracle, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and IT Support.

• 8–10 years of EDI Functional experience supporting Oracle E‑Business Suite (11i & R12).
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle RLM, Order Management, Purchasing, SCM, and eCommerce Gateway.
• Deep understanding of EDIFACT and ANSI X12 standards.
• Experience with key EDI documents: 850, 855, 856, 810, 830, 862, ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, DELFOR, DELJIT, DESADV.
• Experience with Sterling Integrator (SI) / B2B Integrator for BP development and troubleshooting (preferred).
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and document EDI mappings and processing flows.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Pay Details: $49.00 to $53.00 per hour
