We are seeking an experienced Manhattan WMS / Transportation Management (TMS) Techno-Functional Consultant to support warehouse and transportation operations across supply chain systems. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and warehouse operations to implement, configure, and support Manhattan WMS and TMS solutions.
The role requires strong knowledge of warehouse execution flows, transportation planning, system integrations, and production support within large-scale distribution environments.
Key Responsibilities- Implement, configure, and support Manhattan WMS (WMOS / Manhattan Active) and TMS solutions
- Analyze end-to-end warehouse flows from inbound receiving to outbound shipping
- Configure warehouse modules including:
- Receiving
- Putaway
- Wave Planning
- Picking / Packing
- Shipping
- Support transportation workflows such as shipment planning, routing, carrier integration, and freight optimization
- Work on ERP, OMS, and TMS integrations with warehouse systems
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
- Support automation workflows including RF devices, voice picking, MHE, conveyors, and WCS systems
- Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and go-live activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, and IT
- Prepare functional design documents, test scripts, and user documentation
