ROCKWOOL Global Business Services (RGBS) in Poznań is a multifunctional competence centre of the ROCKWOOL Group (with the headquarters in Denmark), which provides financial, accounting, DIGITAL (IT), HR and Group Technology services for Group entities.

About the team

The Digital department at ROCKWOOL GBS is the largest and most diverse IT hub within ROCKWOOL globally, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's digital transformation agenda. With locations in Poznań and Warsaw, our department brings together a dynamic community of professionals who specialize in a broad spectrum of IT disciplines, including Data Science, Data Engineering, Web Development, SAP, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Management, Operational Technology, and more.

Our strategic approach is centered around building agile, cross-functional teams within dedicated Centers of Excellence, enabling us to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency. We work closely with global stakeholders to support business-critical systems and processes, ensuring scalability, resilience, and continuous improvement across all digital platforms.

What you bring

While specific knowledge requirements may vary depending on the internship position, we generally look for interns that have:

* Just started your master's studies or are in the final year of your bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Information Technology, Computer Science and Econometrics, Mathematics related) - you must have a minimum of one year of study ahead of you.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Confidence working independently and collaborating with diverse teams.

* Motivation to grow in a professional IT environment.
