- At least 5 years of experience in project management, including 2 years leading software or product development projects
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or MS Project
- Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or similar certification
- Familiarity with the Microsoft technology stack and Microsoft Azure environments
- Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or data-driven applications
