Integration Platform Specialist

As an Integration Platform Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our integration solutions using the Solace platform and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and communication between various systems and applications. This role requires a deep understanding of integration technologies and the ability to drive innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions using the Solace platform and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement best practices for integration patterns, data flow, and message handling.
• Monitor and optimize integration performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams on integration-related matters.
• Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in integration technologies and Event-Driven Architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Integration Platform Specialist or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Solace platform and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Proficiency in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, JMS, and MQTT.
• Experience with message brokers, event streaming platforms, and middleware solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with API management and API gateways.
• Knowledge of data transformation and mapping tools.
• Understanding of security best practices in integration scenarios.
