Position: Coordinator, Technology Support
Job Summary

Coordinates operations of mobile campus and technology loan program and resolves escalated problems and inquiries of stakeholders. Provides support and escalation services to ensure remediation to urgent classroom technology issues. Maintains operational efficiency of equipment. Participates in budgetary planning, monitoring, and reporting. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED or state recognized equivalent.

* Two (2) years of experience in IT Desktop Support, with the loan management system, supporting applications e.g., Windows 10 & 11, Apple macOS, Adobe, MS Office, and other enterprise application suites.

Preferred Qualifications

* ITIL Foundations v4, Microsoft, macOS, or other security, technical, or service certification(s).

* Two (2) years of technical leadership or supervisory experience.
