• Service Now Specialist configures, customizes, and deploys the Service Now platform to meet business needs, focusing on automating workflows and integrating modules like ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM.

• Platform Development & Configuration:
  Customizing applications, including form design, workflow creation, and UI policy configuration.
• System Integration:
  Developing integrations between Service Now and other systems using SOAP/REST APIs and Integration Hub.
• Implementation & Deployment:
  Leading or assisting in the deployment of Service Now modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
• Documentation & Training:
  Creating technical documentation, functional designs, and providing training to end-users.
• Process Automation:
  Designing and automating workflows using Flow Designer to optimize IT processes.

• Service Now Expertise:
  Deep knowledge of Service Now platform architecture and core modules.
• Certifications:
  
  Certified System Administrator (CSA) is usually required, with Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) strongly preferred.
• Problem‑Solving:
  Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Salary Range - $100,000-$130,000 a year
