Digital Enablement Manager - ServiceNow Modernization

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst - Service Now to join their team. As a Business/Systems Analyst - Service Now, you will be part of the Digital Enablement team supporting Service Now modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead Service Now modernization initiatives, ensuring successful transition of modules and workflows.
• Oversee digital enablement activities, including defining, developing, and executing resources to support platform adoption.
• Coordinate with technical, product, risk, legal, and security teams to ensure alignment on platform transformation.
• Develop and execute communication strategies to promote awareness and adoption across user groups.
• Design and implement training programs tailored to Service Now modules, fulfillment processes, and new digital workflows.

• Minimum five years of experience with digital enablement, organizational change management, or technology adoption initiatives.
• Strong experience with Service Now modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, Knowledge, and Request/Workflow Management.
• Experience leading modernization or migration efforts within large enterprise environments.
• Ability to create compelling communications and educational content.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple concurrent work streams.
