Key Responsibilities- Provide technical oversight and direction to the System Integrator (SI) partner’s Development and QA teams.
- Ensure high‑quality, on‑time deliverables that meet client standards and enterprise quality gates.
- Review and validate solution designs, code quality, and test coverage across all development phases.
- Enforce adherence to architectural standards, security controls, and engineering best practices.
- Coordinate build, integration, and testing activities across internal teams and SI partners.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, defects, and delivery dependencies early in the lifecycle.
- Drive defect resolution and conduct root‑cause analysis to prevent repeat issues.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams to ensure delivery alignment.
- Validate readiness for environment promotions, releases, and production deployments.
- Provide clear technical status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Base Compensation: $110,000 to $138,059
Additional compensation may include variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
