• Provide technical oversight and direction to System Integrator SI partner Development and QA teams
• Ensure high quality on time deliverables that meet Client standards and enterprise quality gates
• Review and validate solution designs, code quality, and test coverage across development phases
• Enforce adherence to architectural standards, security controls, and engineering best practices
• Coordinate build, integration, and testing activities across internal teams and SI partners
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, defects, and delivery dependencies early
• Drive defect resolution and root cause analysis to prevent repeat issues
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers, and Infrastructure teams to maintain delivery alignment
• Validate readiness for environment promotions, releases, and production deployment
• Provide clear technical status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
