Service Now IRM Implementation Manager
Crowe is seeking a passionate leader to guide our clients through their Integrated Risk Management (IRM) Service Now implementations. This position requires an individual that demonstrates leadership, decision‑making, and management skills, and oversee the Service Now IRM/GRC implementations to serve our clients with excellence.
Responsibilities- Support pre‑sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, lead proof of concepts and assist with preparing Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Advise clients on leveraging Service Now for their IRM program.
- Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design, working directly with Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and developers to ensure project delivery is on track.
- Facilitate project introduction, kick‑off meetings and weekly client status meetings, while creating and managing project timeline.
- Provide guidance to developers on Service Now configuration.
- Provide final quality assurance reviews of all deliverables.
- Design and deliver end‑user training.
- Expand clients’ vision and opportunities to drive additional business value through Service Now.
- 5+ years’ experience in a professional environment.
- 3+ years of experience delivering Service Now implementations and integrations with an emphasis on IRM.
- Certifications as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Certified Implementation Specialist – Risk and Compliance.
- Service Now implementation lead or system administrator experience.
- Knowledge and experience running an IRM/GRC program on Service Now.
- Experience managing and delivering multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience providing business, operations, and technical consulting to senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment with professionals of all levels.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of project planning and project management methods and tools.
