Job Summary
AECOM Hunt has a need for a VDC/Digital Delivery Specialist for our Cleveland Browns construction project. This individual will assist in managing model-based project deliverables from the AE team, including but not limited to managing model version history in Autodesk Forma and Revizto, supplemental Revit Documentation and modeling as needed to support the field, as well as sheet set management in Autodesk Forma and Revizto.
Candidate must possess a high level of technical Revit skills including working with filters, parameters and annotations within an Autodesk Cloud Collaboration environment.
Job Duties- Works with Project Team and VDC Project Manager to assist in the organization and implementation of Digital Delivery Project Documentation.
- Develops technical solutions to wide range of digital model-based challenges.
- Independently determines and develops approach to solutions.
- Perform complex assignments involving the use of multiple application platforms and complex systems including Revit software to achieve set results and deadlines.
- BS Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field and 6 years of experience in the field of BIM/VDC for construction projects (vertical or horizontal) or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Experience in management model version history in Autodesk Forma and Revizto, supplemental Revit Documentation and modeling as needed to support the field, as well as sheet set management in Autodesk Forma and Revizto.
- A high level of technical Revit skills including working with filters, parameters and annotations within an Autodesk Cloud Collaboration environment.
- Experience in the management of intelligent 3D digital model data will enhance collaboration, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to run coordination meetings and translate model findings into actionable site tasks.
- Strong organization and change management skills with a focus on quality, safety, and schedule.
- Deep understanding of BIM processes.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively and efficiently across the project.
