Overview
Scrum Master(PV W2)
Location:
Onsite at 4910 Tiedeman Rd Brooklyn, Oh 44144. 5 days onsite; local candidates within 35 miles only.
Duration: 6 Months
Mode of Interview:
Skype
Need proper Linked In and prior Banking and Financial experience is required.
Responsibilities- Act as a Change Agent with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward an agile environment
- Facilitate Scrum processes and events enabling team maturity and effectiveness leveraging data driven metrics
- Create an agile mindset with focus on agile value and principles leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation resulting in delivery of high value increments which meet the Definition of Done
- Enable teams to develop sprint goals, robust product backlogs, acceptance criteria, definitions of done / ready
- Facilitate program level agile ceremonies to include dependency mapping, release planning and scope alignment across Product teams
- Enable the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progress
- Facilitate communication and partnership inside and outside the team to include stakeholder engagement
- Protect the team from distractions allowing for focus to meet sprint and program commitments
- Promote self-organization and cross-functionality of the team coaching each role to enable high performance of the team
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience; 6+ years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner
- 5+ years working as a Scrum Master
- Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes
- Expert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing)
- Expert knowledge of agile tool suites including Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), MS Teams, or similar agile management tools
- Experience as a Project Manager in a waterfall environment; familiarity with both agile and waterfall is a bonus
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment
