Overview
The Scrum Master plays a meaningful role in delivering high-quality modern solutions software as part of a cross-functional agile scrum team. This role will be accountable for acting as a leader to the scrum team, acting to surface and resolve team-level sprint risks and roadblocks while facilitating scrum ceremonies.
Responsibilities- Act as a Change Agent with a passion for supporting teams to transform their behaviors toward an agile environmen
- Facilitate Scrum processes and events enabling team maturity and effectiveness leveraging data driven metric
- Create an agile mindset with focus on agile value and principles leading with transparency, inspection, and adaptation resulting in delivery of high value increments which meet the Definition of Don
- Enable teams to develop sprint goals, robust product backlogs, acceptance criteria, definitions of done / read
- Facilitate program level agile ceremonies to include dependency mapping, release planning and scope alignment across Product team
- Enable the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team’s progres
- Facilitate communication and partnership inside and outside the team to include stakeholder engagemen
- Protect the team from distractions allowing for focus to meet sprint and program commitment
- Promote self-organization and cross-functionality of the team coaching each role to enable high performance of the tea

Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience 6+ years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master or Product Owne - r5+ years working as a Scrum Maste
- rExpert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcome
- sExpert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing
- )Expert knowledge of agile tool suites including Atlassian (Jira and Confluence), MS Teams, or similar agile management tool
