EY’s Global Trade practice provides advisory services on global customs, import, export, and other international trade matters to some of the largest corporations worldwide. We help our clients reduce global trade costs, manage risks, ensure compliance, and improve trade operations, including automation. • Design and deliver trade automation solutions using Thomson Reuters OSGT to clients.
• Participate in Thomson Reuters OSGT software implementation projects through all phases: requirements, design, configuration, integration, testing, cutover, and go‑live.
• Ensure project components such as organization, requirements, scheduling, risk and quality control, configuration management, and change control are in place.
• Plan and monitor project time, cost, and resources in collaboration with the project team.
• Prepare and stage project deliverables, create exception plans, and report status to client program management and Project Management Office.
• Deliver functional and process requirement workshops with clients to define business, process, and data requirements for global trade operations (imports, exports, localization).
• Participate in Thomson Reuters OSGT business and technical solution design workshops.
• Develop and review software implementation work products and deliverables.
• Configure Thomson Reuters OSGT functional modules and processes.
• Understand EY’s global trade service offerings and present them to clients.
• Advise clients on global trade advisory needs and integrate with EY’s network of trade professionals.
• Stay informed of global customs/trade developments and apply knowledge to client situations.
• Keep up‑to‑date with new Thomson Reuters OSGT functionalities to apply in client solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, International Business or related field (US Customs Brokers license considered).
• Two or more years of related work experience in industry, professional services firm, Fortune 500 company, or major importer.
• Proven experience in Thomson Reuters OSGT software implementation projects.
• Technical knowledge in configuring and testing Thomson Reuters OSGT.
• Proactive client engagement and ability to market global trade services.
• Proficiency in a technology‑enabled environment (trade automation, global trade management systems, data analytics tools).
• Travel may be required; percentage varies by location and project.

• Foreign language capabilities.
• Successful project management experience with excellent organizational skills, strong motivation, and positive attitude.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating project teams.
• Effective communication of project expectations to all stakeholders.

Highly experienced candidates with Thomson Reuters OSGT functional implementation experience, global trade knowledge, and client‑facing skills who seek an international career at a globally integrated professional accounting firm.

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package, base salary range $81,700 to $135,000 (US). Additional ranges for specific locations. Total Rewards include medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and paid time off options.
• Hybrid model: most external client‑serving roles work together in person 60% of the time.
