Systems & Network Administrator

Oliver Inc. is hiring a Systems & Network Administrator to join our growing IT team. You will help troubleshoot complex systems, support end users, and work across infrastructure, networks, and applications.

As a Systems & Network Administrator, you will maintain and optimize our IT environment. You will support servers, networks, hardware, and software systems to ensure smooth operation across the organization.

• Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software across the organization
• Provide end-user support via phone, in-person, and remote tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across systems, networks, and applications
• Monitor and maintain servers, systems, and overall IT infrastructure
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement new technologies and system improvements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, PC hardware, and networking fundamentals
• Experience with VMware virtualization environments
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
• Experience with Active Directory and Windows Domain architecture
• Experience with end‑user technical support and troubleshooting
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to all levels of the organization
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Must have experience with JD Edwards Enterprise One

• Knowledge of Group Policy, VPNs, firewalls, and network protocols (802.1x, Wi‑Fi)
• Office 365 support experience
• Experience with VoIP systems, security cameras, and certificate management
• Hands‑on experience with hardware deployment (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
• Background in a manufacturing environment
