Position SummaryOur Global IT Team is currently seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team located in Cleveland, Ohio.
Responsibilities- Provide first‑line support to the end‑user community with technology‑related questions or concerns.
- Receive queries via telephone, email, third‑party vendors, or walk‑ups and log them in the team’s service desk management tool.
- Take ownership of support tickets, investigate, research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Escalate incidents as needed while exercising sound judgement on security, compliance, and policy matters.
- Use document management systems to support user requests (preferred).
- Minimum of three years’ computer‑operations experience, preferably in a Windows or other client/server environment.
- Proficient with MS Office products and document management support.
- Experience with client‑server networks (Windows environment, specifically) and other network topologies.
- Strong technical and problem‑solving skills.
- This is a non‑exempt position.
- Scheduled hours:
Monday through Friday, 11 am to 7 pm ET, with periodic overtime, evening, and holiday hours. - Salary range: $55,000–$65,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
