We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Solution Architect to lead onsite solution design and delivery for Oracle EPM Cloud implementations, with deep hands-on expertise in EPBCS (Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service), EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service), and ASO cube design and implementation.<
The role requires strong client-facing skills, end-to-end architectural ownership, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high performance EPM solutions.< ________________________________________<

Key Responsibilities <
Solution Architecture & Design<
* Act as overall EPM Solution Architect for EPBCS, EDMCS, and ASO based analytical solutions<
* Lead architecture definition, dimensional modeling, metadata strategy, and system integration design<
* Define ASO cube designs for high-volume, high-performance reporting and analytics use cases<
* Design hybrid BSO-ASO architectures aligned with forecasting, planning, and reporting needs<
* Ensure adherence to Oracle EPM best practices, performance standards, and scalability guidelines< ________________________________________< EPBCS Implementation Leadership<
* Lead end-to-end EPBCS implementations including:< o Workforce, Cap Ex, Financials, and Project Planning< o Custom planning applications and predictive planning use cases<
* Oversee business rule design (Groovy / Calc Scripts), approvals, forms, and dashboards * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Optimize EPBCS performance through effective dimensionality and sparse/dense design * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Guide budgeting, forecasting, rolling forecasts, and scenario modeling processes ________________________________________ EDMCS Ownership * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Architect and implement EDMCS for master data governance across EPM and downstream systems * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Define data governance models, viewpoints, subscriptions, and workflows * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Integrate EDMCS with EPBCS, FCCS, and external systems * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Establish enterprise-wide metadata ownership, change control, and impact analysis processes ________________________________________ ASO Cube Implementation
* Design, build, and deploy ASO cubes for:< o Management reporting< o Operational analytics< o Large dimensional data models<
* Implement aggregation strategies, hierarchies, and data optimization techniques<
* Integrate ASO cubes with EPBCS, Smart View, and reporting tools<
* Troubleshoot and fine-tune ASO performance issues< ________________________________________<
Client Engagement & Leadership<
* Serve as primary onsite EPM architect and trusted advisor to senior finance and IT stakeholders<
* Lead requirements workshops, solution walkthroughs, and design sign offs<
* Translate business needs into clear functional and technical designs<
* Provide architectural guidance to offshore and onsite delivery teams<
* Review and sign off on solution design documents, build artifacts, and test results< ________________________________________<
Governance, Quality & Support<
* Establish architectural standards, design principles, and reusable frameworks<
* Drive UAT, performance testing, and production readiness activities<
* Provide L3 support and guidance during post-production stabilization * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Support AMS transitions and define long-term support models and documentation ________________________________________ Required

Skills & Qualifications Mandatory * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Deep expertise in Oracle EPBCS (Cloud Planning) * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong hands-on experience with EDMCS implementations * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven experience designing and implementing ASO cubes * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong understanding of EPM dimensional modeling techniques * Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â

 Experience with Smart View, dashboards, and management reporting *              Excellent onsite client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills ________________________________________<
