• Manages projects that include elements of the Enterprise Infrastructure, Information Assurance, Information Technology Solutions and Technology Management areas.
• Conducts In Process Reviews (IPRs) with customers and J6 management, as needed, during the course of a project. Implements corrective action based on data collected from IPRs.
• Provides advice on appropriate courses of action to achieve the best possible technical solutions in support of the DLA Technical Infrastructure.
• Answers questions/helping VIPs; coordinates CONUS and OCONUS wireless IT support; provides hardware, software and Tier 1-3 IT support to ensure smooth operation of assigned devices and peripherals.
• Coordinates with various other technical support areas such as Emerging Technology, Capacity Management, System Software Support, Information Assurance, Network Operations, Operational Technology, etc.

• One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position.
• For GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military, or private sector.
• Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
• Specialized experience includes: developing project plans, cost benefits analyses, project budgets, and other supporting project documents.
• Ensuring appropriate product-related training and documentation is developed and made available to users affected by the infrastructure projects.
• Providing technical advice and recommendations on infrastructure related issues.
• Reviewing policy documents and preparing comments and recommendations.

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
