Entry Level Platform Engineer — Launch your Career ther is a data, cloud, and AI company whose focus is helping companies turn raw data into the right decisions. You’ll drive powerful insights for brands like Verizon, American Cancer Society, Behr Paint, and more. Located in Cleveland (Flats East Bank) or Midtown Atlanta (Atlantic Station). You’ll gain cross-functional experience and build a foundation to turn data into information, information into insights, and insights into business decisions in a professional services environment.

• Contributing to client projects and strategic solutions early.
• Growing your skillset with certifications and hands-on mentorship.
• Helping shape our client success stories — your work will matter.
• Starting with support, progressing to completing tasks and assignments independently with limited oversight by the end of the year.
• Contributing to a positive and fun work environment, building strong relationships across the company beyond just your team.
• Learning and executing advanced data collection workflows, leveraging Tag Management Systems (GTM, Adobe Launch) while focusing on server-side architectures and JSON-based data delivery via APIs.
• Assisting with technical quality assurance (QA), debugging, and validation of tracking, experimentation, and personalization implementations to ensure accurate and privacy-compliant data.
• Collaborating with analysts and senior engineers to translate business and measurement needs into clear technical solutions and documentation.
• Gaining hands-on exposure to experimentation, consent management, and how data flows into analytics and downstream platforms.

You don’t need to check every box — what matters most is your drive to grow. Fast learner, committed to continuous learning with passion, curiosity, and some of the following foundations:

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 in Computer Science, Analytics, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or another related field.
• Beginner proficiency or coursework in JavaScript, scripting/data handling (Python), Querying/Validation (SQL).
• AI Fluency & Curiosity: A baseline understanding of Generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Git Hub Copilot) with a demonstrated ability to apply prompts to accelerate delivery. We are looking for builders who leverage AI to speed up tasks, automate workflows, and proactively ship high-quality work faster than traditional methods allow.

• Relevant internships or project experience.

• This is a hybrid position. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are in-office in Cleveland, OH or Atlanta, GA.
